And the truth is that X-Files is a fucking awesome show.

Home is freaky as fuck.

Clyde Bruckman is awesome as fuck.

And The Post-Modern Prometheus had Cher and Jerry Springer.

In summary it was a kick-ass show and we should just have a thread instead of talking about it every month when someone brings up an episode

I have a few of the X-Files books. They were entertaining enough when I first got them, and I got them all for a quarter each.

I thought it was tolerable if a bit predictable

Huh. I just noticed that when they're playing cards in Clyde Bruckman, he's holding a dead man's hand

Like a high budget episode of the series. With Billy Connely.

    I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Worth $26 for the Blu Ray or is it more of a rental? I'd rather not buy it if it doesn't hold up to multiple viewings.

Very first episode I ever saw was the one with those green bugs out in the forest that had been dormant in some tree and that could only travel in the dark.

It hooked me out of 9 years of my life.

Poor guy and his wife had no chance. :(

    Rush is probably my favorite.

    I looooooove the X-Files
When Mulder finally found his sister I felt like my life was complete. It was such a great episode, even though it was in one of the later seasons.

Haven't watched the new movie yet (too scared)

Yeah I really liked the show when it was about the episodic content.

It just got weird and kind of dumb when they started following an ongoing plot which made less sense from season to season.

Also that one where the guy could crawl through air vents.
