Over the years I've been told that a few times by people on this board... and only this board. And I ignore them each and ever time. Saying things like it "ruins the rest of the drawing for me" builds a fortitude in me to never give in and change it. Seriously, there is zero reason for this to bother people the way it does, and I find it deeply interesting to see how long before one of your weird'os snap.
Maybe it has something to do with you not knowing that I am, truly, Pinky Powers. It is an online handle which has crossed over into the real world during its twelve year life. Most people who know me alternate between calling me by my real name, or Pinky. This is not something that I have instigated, but something I have nonetheless embraced.
PinkyMade is more than just a signature for me, it is the stamp for my entire creative effort, in illustration, writing and maybe someday more than that.
But this is probably not going to change anyone's opinion. So we are back to where we started.

Art directors are going to be equally impressed by your "12 year old with a warez copy of Photoshop and a DA account" signature and the following explanation that you have a habit of not changing things purely out of spite.
