    We still need to wait on the Mythos draw and new gate/monster movement. That probably wouldn't affect you, but just wanted to point it out.

    Thanks, for some reason I'm having a hard time following which part of the turn we're in. My stat block stays the same, but consider me back in the Asylum. :)

    Mythos:

    A gate would open at the Black Cave...you know the routine by now. Monster Surge!

    All the monsters spawn at the Black Cave. I'm not seeing a stacking rule, so I guess that's just going to be a very unpleasant location. You get to play with:
    Ghoul, Mi-Go, Ghoul, Flying Polyp, Dimensional Shambler, Formless Spawn, Vampire,

    A Cultist would appear, but you're at the monster limit, so he goes to the outskirts, which has a limit of 0, so he goes back in the cup, and the terror track goes up by 1.

    John Legrasse clears out of town because of the terror increase.

    Clue Appears At:
    Hibb's Roadhouse, is claimed by Kate Winthrop

    Movement:
    Mi-Go moves to the Sky
    Dimensional Shambler moves to the Easttown Streets

    New Headline:
    Lodge Member Held for Questioning!
    A Silver Lodge ritual lets 2 monsters loose in the French Hill streets.

    The reporters got the location wrong. The Chthonian and Hound of Tindalos each go to the outskirts, trigger the limit there, and raise the terror level.

    Tom "Mountain" Murphy hitches a ride out of town with the owners of the Magic Shoppe. The terror track is at 9. The town is now completely deserted, except for you and the armies of insanity.


    That's a lot of info. The substantive changes are that there is now a Dimensional Shambler in the easttown streets with the Shogoth. Also, these fellows (Ghoul, Mi-Go, Ghoul, Flying Polyp, Dimensional Shambler, Formless Spawn, Vampire) are in the Black Cave. Also, the Magic Shoppe is closed and cannot be entered.

    I'm in the middle of moving, so I don't have my computer with the image files hooked up yet, but I'll get a map up in the morning if I'm able.

    Mi-Go goes down, I get a unique item, no trophy. The fight will continue after I see what item I got.

    Who has the most health/sanity * damage output and is unblessed? The terror track is about to spill over and our only chance is to kill he who shall not be named, ever. I think I have enough trophies for another blessing (or to update my own if it goes down this upkeep).

    Trophies cannot be traded, regardless. Once I get my sanity back up in the Asylum, I'll be heading down south for a blessing (if there is still time).

    Also, the GOO will not awaken until the monsters in town hit 22, after the monster limit has been removed.

    Edit: Bummer! Classes cost money. Well, with Cthulhu taking over the Earth, maybe I'll get free education and that degree in Hobology I have always dreamed of.

    I know I can't trade Trophies, but:

    Blessing: Instead of having an encounter here, you may spend 5 toughness worth of monster trophies or 1 gate trophy to have any investigator you choose be Blessed.

    Edit: Without an updated board, I'm having a hard time making a decision on what to do. If anyone really wants/deserves a blessing, let me know and I'll go with that.

    I hadn't looked closely enough at the church; that is much nicer than I thought. You should be specific about which monsters you are turning in, though, unless you just have exactly 5. They go back into the cup to be drawn later.

    Adjust slider to Lore 3/Luck 3. And I hate doing this, but I think I'm going to simply cower where I am for yet another turn.

    Plus if nothing else, the longer I'm here, the more likely that this location will come up as the location for a gate and I'll have been of use.
