I would be shocked and interested. Of course I won't be, because we've seen the excerpts and tone of the speech and it's the sad sack stuff we've heard for decades and the republican's haven't come up with a new idea since the 70s, but still, one can hope. I really would like to be impressed with a new and useful idea, it's just I hold it at the same level of liklihood as someone walking up to me and giving me my own pony.
