Goddamnit Mao, if we don't get a drink together this year I will cry. I had everybody and their mother running up to me towards the end of the crawl last year saying you were looking for me, but no one could tell me where you were. Lol.

Hangovers are my only measure of success.

Then apparently I fail at success since I fail at hangovers.

Definitely back for this, last year was a good time (especially since I had the good sense to cab it down from the north end instead of driving.)

Also back as head boy/prefect (for ravenclaw) if my services are still needed, I even promise to (probably) not drink a large glass of absinthe and then fall over on my way to the last bar.

As far as the suggestions that head boys not be allowed to drink, what a terrible idea (anyone who agrees with that idea should feel terrible.) Just ask anyone who got row after row of free stickers from me at the last bar, or the surprise trivia question of "is albus dumbledore gay"

faits: You and deadlysherpa are both welcome back as house heads again this year. You guys did a bang up job and I still owe te both of you a drink. Ravenclaw is yours and Hufflepuff is deadlysherpa's if he wants it. Also as house head you're free to choose your headboy/girl.

I'm all over actually showing up this year. Last year my flight got in late, I was tired and had crappy directions. I started walking to wherever the crawl was at the time but soon realized I it wasn't nearly as close as it looked on the map. So I went back to the hotel and slept on the couch while I was waiting for the guy who booked the hotel to show up.

Everyone will get to choose their house unless there's a disparity in house population. Also don't worry about signing up until the official thread is up, which won't be soon enough for Moe.

Yeah, it's happening. It's AtlusParker's project and he said today that he'll be putting up the thread after information on the Pre-PAX dinner is released so he can time them to not overlap.

My mind is drawing a complete blank on when the Pre-PAX dinner is... Thursday night, right? [Note to self: no more Tequila.]

PS. This sounds extra awesome. I want to play.

Last year I was already well and truly drunk by the second to last bar, when I agreed to to drink a glass of absinthe, which I asked them to make straight you know with no sugar. Anyway I polished off that and another couple shots of JD, and fell over in the road on the way to the final bar.

Then when I got home I accidentally bought Galaga Legions and was still drunk when I breathalyzed myself in the morning.

That's what I did last year. I'd recommend an early morning flight, so you can make it to your hotel early afternoon on Thursday.

Don't worry about check in times, the hotels don't mind hanging on to bags and it will give you a chance to get acclimated with lovely Seattle if you arrive early. Get some noodles down by the bay or take the monorail over to the Electronic Music Project near the Space Needle.

Then check in, take a shower, and get ready for a long night of awesome.

That sounds like a great plan. I like leaving early anyway and that would give me enough time to do some other stuff too. I was hoping to get to check out some stuff before the awesome kicks in. :)

Yeah, I called around and it got voted down. Everyone would rather just suck up the plane fare and get there in a few hours so as to cut down on the amount of time off they have to take.
