Point of order: The check should end with the player who's turn it is (Saul), not the player who initiated the arrest proceedings.
This has been asked and clarified with the game designer though BGG.
edit: Not that you enforce the order, but still. It would be nice for Saul and I to know whether or not Bill is putting in anything before we make our decisions.

Yeah, if you're waiting on someone to contribute cards and you're later in the turn order, you should be well within your rights to say so (maybe even in cyan), and/or PM Gandalf contingencies (I'll contribute these 2 cards if Adama contributes one, and I'll contribute zero if Billy contributes 3 and says they'll help alot etc).
Ah whoops, I was going to wait to see if Dee / Tigh contributed based on the posted order.
At this point me holding cards when most of my future turns are by far better spent fishing through the Quorum deck seems like a poor use of resources compared to Dee and Tigh, so I'll toss in one card, helping a little.
@Roslin: The deck make-up is 4 Cylon, with 1 Sympathizer added in at the Sleeper Agent phase.
@Dee: Thanks, I didn't know about that little technicality. I'm going to leave the thing the way it is for now, because I'm lazy, but I'll be sure to do it correctly on future checks. We're not enforcing the order anyway unless someone asks for it to be enforced (or on an Investigative Committee), since that multiplies the amount of time each check takes to finish.
Hey guys - it's me, Laura. First, I've got some bad news: they caught Adama. Like, right off the bat. I don't even know what happened. It looked his son woke him up early one morning and jokingly said "so what, you're a cylon?" and poor Bill was so groggy he actually said yes. They're holding him in the brig, but the old guy is keeping it together pretty well - he even managed to sabotage some stuff from in there.
So anyway, I know you guys told me to lay low for awhile, but I was getting pretty bored out here. They found Bill's PDA and thought it was tracking device. But the batteries were dead and they couldn't figure out how to work it. long story short - I put some new batteries in there and suddenly it was "toaster" this and "airlock" that when it started beeping and flashing.
anyhow, they're sending some marines to arrest me atm, so my next report will likely be in person. tell number 6 to save me a mojito and a spot by the pool.

By the authority granted to me as supreme commander (of my viper), I hereby make you admiral of the port thruster. With this title, you have the (required) option of being lashed to said thruster while I do some patrols.
edit: actually, I would like to extend the offer to Ms. Skin Job as well. But it occurs to me that blocking the thrusters might be disadvantageous in a fight. So instead, I would like to use you both as...padding...in case I get bored and let a raider line up a shot on me.
