Probably Nightlife. But it does depend a bit on what you're looking for overall. And yeh, Last Son, what Jothki said.. check his turn ons, it might be that only red haired vampires turn him on.. or smelly fat sims, who knows. -

mh3u was a more fluid amalgamation of Tri, P3rd and P3rd HD. Jothki feels like 4U has a way less smooth transition, and you can easily tell where the old vanilla 4 content ends and when the 4U content begins. -

I found this and this has a link to a text game interpreter with text to speech built into it, and so does this page (scroll down a bit for that one). edit: Apparently it has been done before, jothki, no worries. I can't vouch for how good any of these are but they're out there. -

jothki, I think that all depends how toady codes it in. There's a bunch of monster abilities that'd lend themselves to pokemon but they aren't accesible for modders. Ants or something spawn eggs that make more ants, but that's hardcoded so modders can't put it into other creatures they make. -

Jothki, Ruby. Okay, I just got to level 5, and now everything is kicking the shit out of me. I wouldn't mind it too much, but the level 5 enemies are now appearing on other levels, for some reason, and kicking the shit out of me there too. -
