Okay, so my Gold account was coming up on needing renewed today, so I went ahead and bought another year, then turned the system off. I just turned it back on a few moments ago, and for some reason the thing refuses to connect to Xbox Live. When I run a connection test, everything checks out except for Xbox Live. The troubleshooting website says that if everything else is passing the test other than Live, then to "make sure my account information is accurate and up to date." Makes sense, maybe when I made the payment earlier today I screwed something up or some such. But... evidently I can't get into Account Management without first connecting to Live, which I can't do.
So, anyone know what I can do here? Or should I just give them a call?
