    I think small (think 8-16 people) but frequent tournaments would be probably most desirable given how hard it is to keep track of people and the obvious friend code limitations.

    This is why I don't like the tie rule. If you PM your opponent asking asking them to play and they can't then it should be counted as a forfeit.

    Sorry about the increased lag, Tel. I got back to my apartment but a few days ago and so I have to play from there except on the weekends (when I go home)

    EDIT: As an aside, your Mario is a lot better than mine. I tried playing him for a while, but couldn't get a good feel while using him.

    This probably wont work out. If I don't have a set opponent, I wont have any desire to contact someone from SE++ to battle.

    Okay, back from dinner and things involving people I can talk to using my vocal chords. Back to training for the Sunday tournament at MGC. I was starting Pikachu training when I left off.

    (FYI, the tournament is set as a 64-man field, 4-man heats, one winner per match.)
