Does Steam offer anything if I already own boxes of CoH and CoV for me to buy Going Rogue via steam and attach it to my existing account
Or should I just buy the box at Best Buy

You can buy Going Rogue on steam for 39.99. It just gives you a code to apply like a boxed copy, free month and everything.
Best Buy is 29.99 for the same complete edition until the end of the weekend I believe if you can find a copy.
The game should update normally through steam. The only think that gives you going rogue is the cd key. With that tied to your account you'll have access to the expansion exclusive content.
I haven't played Heroes since the implementation of PVP (they killed my Invul Tanker) or Villains since a couple weeks after launch.
I just got back from Gamestop with a copy of Going Rogue. You sonsabitches. I'm starting completely over, probably on Virtue. Anyone I can contact about getting some groups or something going?

I got the shit kicked out of me repeatedly thanks to super jump. Especially before they nerfed Brickstown. I always liked flight. Yeah, it was slow, but hovering above Steel Canyon in my Superman outfit was awesome.
What would NCSoft usually want from me in order to get back an account with a lost password and forgotten security answers?

Billing address registered with
Account serial number the account was created with
Unique account name (sent to you in an e-mail when you first register, not the same as the one you log in with)
Credit card number first used
I didn't need all of it, I was able to ballpark a few of them and they did it for me.
Name, DOB, the city I registered with from the address (couldn't remember the whole thing), which product I registered with (not the exact serial), my unique account name... ignored the CC number entirely
And it was reset within minutes after I sent the e-mail.

Since I stopped playing just short of level 50, and therefore never got any of the Kheldian archetypes, I always wondered: when you get two travel powers, can you turn them both on and accrue the benefits of both?
For example, can you have flight and superspeed, and then fly really fast?

Super Speed is fun and all but shit the sheer verticality of the Rogue Isles makes that a poor gameplay choice, and Super Jump makes me motion sick (seriously)
in some games that are hotbar heavy like league of legends, characters sometimes have little combos and time sensitive attacks and i wondered if they added stuff like that
also: is the two gun guy an entire class or just mastermind like before
So if I buy this Going Rogue Complete Collection Pack thing, can I apply that serial code to my current (inactive) account? That pack plus its free month ends up being less expensive than just buying the expansion and then a month of play time.

basically it's the Gun Kata from Equilibrium
it has a unique mechanic where you have special ammo (cold, fire, and poison i think?) that you can switch between and it changes all your attacks to that damage type, which is sorta neat

Tanker looks awesome. Sucks that being on a trial makes it pretty hard to team (can't use tells, not many people seem to use the LFT screen).

You can get anywhere, and as a blaster it's amaziing to be able for hit and run and just escaping in general.
did they ever implement the combo system they had with dual swords into any other powersets?
nope that's a mechanic unique to dual swords
the reality is it's not a very good mechanic and it doesn't work very well in practice
