EDIT: I wanted someone from this thread to post on his twitter that those cunts were the vocal minority, and the rest of us thank him. But that works, too.
ARGH..the only games I have to trade in for this are Reach and MW2...but I don't think I want to trade in [Redacted] for BLOPS. The hype is getting to me....
I'm actually on my way out the door to do exactly this. Also Red Dead Redemption.
Goodbye, [Redacted]!!!! I won't miss you. Though I might miss Gruntpocalypse. Possibly.
I have done the same all in the name of getting the game at midnight... and getting josh in on the shenanigans.

Jesus, what am I supposed to do for 10 more hours?
You listen to Bond themes while planning out just what you're going to unlock, how many silencers/suppressors you'll screw onto the end of them all, and read up on real life Black Ops.

I've been playing the game for around 8 hours now and the campaign is excellent. Veteran is the perfect balance between being just bullshit enough and being fair enough. It also had plenty of variety, compared to WaW and no fucking endless grenade spam.
Some levels do spawn enemies constantly though, but they make sense at least.

Somehow I predict that anything involving Vietnam is going to suck on Veteran. This may be because the Pacific campaign was hellish in World at War.
Nope. All the vietnam levels are awesome, with one exceptionally hard part that just has a trick to it (if you listen carefully to your ally you'll realize what you need to do to win).
The worst level in the game by far on Veteran is probably completely Xbox 360 specific. It has lots and I mean LOTS of Z-Axis fighting. It's a complete nightmare because you can be shot from 4 different levels from all around you in one specific section. It took me forever to work out a "puzzle like" route through there without being shot.
Other than that there is a vehicle section that is 100% pure luck on Veteran.
But these are really really minor complaints in an awesome and well put together game. I just finished World at War lately and let me tell you, this is a real evolution in fun and game balance.
Someone tell me about the co-op "campaign" or whatever-the-fuck.
Oh, Iced Tea, I don't know what we're going to do with you.
Actually I would like to know this too. Gonna have a friend with me after I grab it (in an hour and a half, yeah boiiiii) and this is probably going to be the first thing we jump on. Is it separate from the campaign? Spoilery? Does it do that annoying screensplitting thing that CoD always does? All these answers and more; I want to know them.

Hey, about the campaign. Actual spoilers, so don't bother with this unless you're Nitzer.
You guys have gone to...plaid

5 or so on normal yeah. I had quite a bit more fun with it then the MW2 campaign, though Treyarcs mission briefings will kill at least 5 epileptics.
I did this the second I heard the tortured self entitled cries of the the twitter twelve tards.

:^:
So hey... replace the word father in this comic with quickscoping/propipes and you have my opinion on BLOPS.

That's awesome.
I guarantee it.

Well I was playing MW1... but the pubs were less than functionally retarded. But I'll prolly get on again later to keep my edge.

Is he the guy from Law and Order Special Victims Unit?
XBL is FresherDeath12, PSN is MAspiderface2. (Play 360 more, MW2, etc.)

I'm not sure, I don't know which Law and Order he's in
Yes. And he is awesome. And he is voicing someone in gears of war 3 I think.
Yeah it's him
Ice T, he's in the "Special Victims Unit" spinoff

'A PA CoD Clan'? Or 'A PA MW2 Clan'?
I preferred the AT-4 over the RPG-7 actually. I liked the extra accuracy on the AT-4.
