We're going to finish the first game I'm playing with Abdy, but I'm going to lose. As is he. In our second game, we're going to finish and I think I can squeak out a win against Honk. Maybe. And in my third game I'm going to crush Abdy, having something like a 150 honor point lead on him.

WoW actually has a fairly robust and fast acting customer service department.
I'm on a trial and not paying them and they restored my account and all my items in about 12 hours.
People rag on blizzard for little things because that's really all there is to rag on.
Blizzard is actually probably one of the more respectable companies out there. Even when they do something fucking awful they're willing to go back on it if it's pissing off their user base. They also have a great track record of fixing shit that was bad and delivering on promises.
