    I must admit I prefer it when Andrews draws in his usual cartoony style, I sort of hate seeing the flaws when he does more complex stuff

    I assumed that people who got upset were so because the basic MSPA style allows people to conform the characters to their imaginations whim. The more detailed styles sorta deflate that ability.

    I like this scribble style. Sure you can make out some errant pixels here and there, but it just feels more dynamic than the sprites. And the sprites never really did anything for me in the first place. Once Dream Jade drop-kicked Clubs I knew I preferred this.

    the arms do seem elongated and it seems like with the level of detail he's put into the face, the arms should have a bit of muscle definition - nothing ridiculous, just more than the current tube-like appearance

    and the shading seems rather flat
