OP, The people saying that you shouldn't feel bad about being a tattletale are doing you a great disservice. Until one of you moves, you are going to run into this guy repeatedly. Acting in a passive-agressive manner because you don't do well with confrontation is a terrible idea.
At best, you are fomenting a hostile icy situation with someone that spends approximately half his day less than 30 feet away from you. Do you really want this guy staring you down muttering "pussy" under his breath everytime you see each other entering or leaving the premises?
Being enemies with your neighbor sucks, and it sure reads like you're going out of your way to make an enemy out of this guy. Civil is the way to go.

I have decided to have this closed because I have made up my mind as to what to do.
