    I just got on Zissou. Macera was there and two other guys. The round ended as I came in on the winning team, I shot Macera in the face with my shotgun and then the game crashed.

    It's weird that the family business is 50% faster but 60% reduction in damage

    I guess that factors in possible criticals or something

    I'm not sure what is happening in that spy video. Is the red spy trying to stab his own teammate and then you walk up and gank him?

    New red spy tries to stab own engineer. As he uncloaks, a blu spy tries to stab the engineer, stabs the cloaked red spy instead, and dies to turret.

    the first spy is trying to sap his own team, and the second spy doesn't know to sap before stabbing

    at least the sentry is in a pretty reasonable place

    a stab-sap is a perfectly cromulent strategy, especially in situations like that where other teammates will leap to the defense of an engineer.

    Stabbing then sapping is preferable though. Don't even give the Engi a chance to react. Just happened to be a moron in the way.

    As spy, I always press 2-3 right after disguising, that way you can just press Q, which switches to your last weapon, so you can stab and sap very fast.

    stab sap is superior in 99% of cases

    it's safer and in general will help your team take it out if you only succeed in the first part

    whereas sap stab is much more prone to failure if the engineer is competent and won't really help your team for the most part as the engy will take care of the sapper pretty quick if he kills you
