Oops I meant horrifying. It's horrifying.

I always get those two words mixed up.

    Seriously,
Remnants of a murder-suicide of some NPC's wife, himself, and I'm assuming his brother? friend? because the husband couldn't conceive of bringing a child into the world in Golem City.

    What the fuck.

Also, I spotted a guard in GC walking all the way to an outhouse and then, instead of entering the outhouse, just pissing in the corner next to it because (I guess) why not?

I've attached a preliminary schedule for the Gray Project and want to get your
input before we meet next week. Couple of issues I want to whiteboard are
their ability to spontaneously generate radiation as a form of "attack", and
their apparent resistance to a number of environmental conditions.

We're still trying to resurrect all the information from the old Dreamland
data wells, but we have managed to extract a complete genetic sequence from
the old bovine experiments that have given us two viable test subjects.
They've been isolated in a radioactive field downstairs for observation if
you want to work up your informal impressions prior to the meeting.

BTW, we still haven't heard from Feng about the karkian eggs - we've got the
Hong Kong police out looking for him now, but we'll need to push back our
planned infant karkian development studies until we hear something.

    Thanks,

An interesting idea, Bob, but I'm sure MJ12's research allocations can be put

I found the elevator, but the waypoint system seems to go bananas if you enter from the top of Ridit Station instead of bottom.

Unfortunately the game set up a guard inside a wall and he's looking directly at the elevator controls... I cant shoot him since he is technically inside the walls, but he can see me just fine.

I missed a fairly decent chunk of side quests the first time through:
Killing Otar in order to get the chip locks you out of 2-3 quests. Not having neuropozyne for the guy selling info right outside your apartment also locks you out of three.

I'm trying to figure out if there are any more like the
    Neon questline

That started - for me, at least - with hacking a neighbor's computer.

    First spoiler
I think the neuropozine guy just sends you to places where quests can start, but it doesn't necessarily mean you have to get them from him. One of his "tips" sends you to the fake police checkpoint, as an example.

    Second spoiler
There are a bunch of ways to start the Neon quest. You can break into the neighbor's apartment, you can break into an apartment near TF29, you can find the lab in the sewers, and there's probably more.

I'm not sure it is. I did some (admittedly brief) searches on this, and according to someone on Steam, one of the updates turned off some HUD options for everyone irrespective of difficulty.

Not sure if that is true or not.

Regardless, you can simply toggle the item highlights back on and it doesn't seem to have any negative impact.

It's probably listed as only 1, but he gives you:
The one to get rid of the fake French, actually Dvali merchant/smuggler in Golem City. So that's 1.

If you do that successfully, he asks you to help the owner of the Red Queen, which results in the fun groom abduction mission, so that's 2.

You don't even need the app, you can just use this page which is where the app gets its info from: https://www.deusex.com/stats/dx-md
I wouldn't trust the numbers too much though, some stats are all kinds of fucked up for me, like saying I have 1044 hours spent cloaked, triggered 265 alarms and my top looted item is Typhoon Ammo.

I had this EXACT same problem in my first playthrough. There were a couple of angles I could shoot him with my stun gun from, but once he fell over, he'd fall straight through the level and presumably die. So after a few save reloads, what I ended up doing was wasting a couple of Biocells and just using stealth camo to press the elevator button and ride it up. By the time my energy ran out, I was well out of range. I ended up getting Pacifist when I finished it, so it luckily didn't break anything.

It is repetitive, but I kinda like it. It's like the old MGS VR missions.

I dunno, I loved VR Missions because I thought they did a good job playing around with MGS's mechanics and had some really cool level design and ideas in there (Kaiju Soldiers!). Breach levels, on the other hand, I'm finding really straight forward and boring.

    About future of the series:
Fact 1: we will get more Deus Ex games considering ending of this one.
Fact 2: whatever Adam does, future is fucked, as seen in original Deus Ex.

What are your thoughts about future of the series? I was OK with prequel if this was one game, but now we will have Adam as protagonist of at least trilogy, and i don't really want to see him suffer and die in vain, because continuity REQUIRES for Jensen to fail and Bob Page to win.

My most prefered option would be, if in last game of Jensen series main ending would lead to original Deus Ex, but there was Golden Ending available after ridiculous amount of hard work made by player, where we get happy ending, and it all becomes just alternate continuity.
