If you are looking for a twitter client for iOS, I highly recommend Tweetbot. It handles multiple accounts, push notifications, lists, saved searches, filters/mutes, and has an awesome interface to boot.

I don't post on it much lately. Half of what I tweet happen to be links to blog posts I write, the other half are usually responses to other people. When I have an opinion I need to shout, I rarely pull out my phone and tweet it.

But, last year at PAX I was using Twitter constantly, writing about games and panels. So I'll probably be shouting my thoughts to the world quite frequently.
