If I were to get a Tomb Raider game (besides Guardian of Light) which would it be?
Tomb Raider Anniversary or Underworld. I believe the general consensus is that Anniversary is slightly better as far as gameplay goes, but Underworld has noticeably better graphics.
Looking at reviews, all 4 available on Steam seem evenly tied.

If I'm not mistaken, there's apparently a winter achievement for SpaceChem. So the likelihood of it being discounted more is pretty good. Exactly how cheap it gets though I don't know. But the indie games in the Gift Pile contest hit -75% pretty often.

Damnit, no Fallout; NV yet. Great deals today for folks, but I already own DS1 + 2 on the 360, and have a buddy with the two most recent AssCreed games that I can borrow. Will probably just pick up SPAZ today, since I have a general weakness for zombie games. Even though from the screenshots I can't tell where them zombies are.

Weird, I have both the Team Fortress and Dungeon Defenders cheevos and yet they haven't registered on the gift pile, really don't want to do them again. That sucks, decided despite there being a few games on the sale today that I want, and SirCarcass's incredibly tempting offer, I really can't buy any more games, I have too many to play and I'm just playing SWTOR all the time, so I think I'm out.

I return from arguing with someone on Facebook and trying to think up a comic for the incoming new thread to find that @Elbansu / Obos (no link to the Steam profile because Steam is a little creaky [but weathering the new sale very well!]) gave me Republic Commando, which has simplified my thought process quite a bit! It is a wonderful, warm, reassuring feeling to know that I will never be farther than a Steam download away from Sev, Scorch, Fixer, and Boss or whoever you play as.

Just a note for budget-conscious folks interested in Tomb Raider games: Underworld and Guardian of Light downloads are on sale at Amazon for cheaper than what Steam is offering. Pretty sure the codes work on Steam... Could someone confirm this real quick?

Whew, long trip, just got back and screwed up my sleep schedule, but I did wake up just in time to notice two things.
One is that @Harvest won himself a copy of Gyromancer. I hope you enjoy it, it is pretty dang fun.
The other, comes a little late, but @Gaslight is a classy dude who gifted me EYE. Which from the comments I've been seeing here is weird and awesome.
Damn I decided against Sequence, now I'm not sure that was the right call...
It was not. Fortunately, you can still buy it since there's a grace period.
Let me talk about Sequence a moment.
I dislike rhythm games. I hated guitar hero, rock band, could never be bothered to step on a DDR pad at an arcade. I have no rhythm. I generally hate the techno/electronic whatever it's called music in these games.
I installed Sequence for the cheevo. Got it in 10 minutes or so,
I played virtually nonstop for the next four hours.
It is a fantastically fun game. The dialouge and item descriptions are really excellent and I laughed aloud several times. It's really just FUN. Better than it has any right to be. Decent length, as I'm on Floor 5 of 7 and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to go back down to do some things at some point.
Plus, I'm damn sure that Naia is a babe. She sounds hot. @kalia thinks she sounds like Eliza Dushku. Not sure how much I agree, but still... Hot voice. Snarky. Rrrrrowrr.
The only real flaw is that it can be a bit grindy and the whole spend experience points to craft... but there's always a chance of the crafting failing... thing can die in a fire. Bad decision.
Other than that it's great!
EDIT: oh and you know how I usually hate this type of music? Well, I'm really, really enjoying the music in Sequence
