"You, Mysterio, Frost, and Sabretooth are trying to sneak in. Me and the drip are going to sit here and play pinochle until you screw up, then we're going to wreck the place."
"It would seem your past hunts you still, Sabertooth." Mysterio looks at the ships in the sky. "We are going to have to find another way in. Avalanche, can you make a small seismic wave in the ground. I might be able to set my sonar to listen to the echos it will make to find and map underground passageways."

Mysterio's scan reveals nothing out of the ordinary beneath the surface of the area. Various utility lines run to the direction of the police station, but no underground tunnels or buried explosives appear.
"We're in one of their own vehicles, so we may be able to get close enough to find an entrance. It's risky, but between Beck and myself we may be able to mask our true identities long enough."
"I miss the days when we just robbed banks. Sure, it wasn't fancy, but this hero shit isn't my blood."

"I'm okay with it. No qualms at all about sticking it to aliens.
I think we should put this thing down somewhere near where you're going. Hydro-Man and I should be able to hold it down while you do your business, and we're the fastest anyway when we really get going, so we can always get to you if needed."

The communication panel inside the aircraft suddenly comes to life. The transmission seems directed to your vehicle in particular. Emma, having been mired in the mind of the invaders, can translate the message.
"Kimar, Voldar, report. Did you find anything in the warehouse?"
I look around for a bit, wonderin' who's gonna answer the phone. Then that Greek guy glares at me, like I'm some sort of secretary. I roll my eyes and pick up the horn.
"Uh, everything's under control. Situation normal." Chuckling to myself, I turn to see the ice princess glaring at me. Fine. "Nothing exciting in the warehouse. Bunch'a corpses." I pause a beat, then continue. "The place is dead, sir. Whatever happened, we missed it."
After I hang up, I can't help laughing out loud. "I hope they don't get pop culture references. Or if they do, they appreciate the irony."

You hear grumbling on the other end, but finally, the operator comes back with, "Copy that. Report back to your normally assigned post as soon as possible."

If you guys are going to repeatedly insist that we should sneak in and I shouldn't destroy everything in sight with my mutant earthquake-making terrorist, I'm going to have to respond that you ought to get to sneaking in already.
Looking at the sun, Mysterio comes up with a idea. "Best idea we have right now is the one from our first mission. Mrs. Frost makes us look like Fins and we walk in. Afterwards, we make the first family look like Fins and we walk out."
"You guys ever see Hudson Hawk?" I adjust my cloak, check my weapons and armor. "Terrible flick, but it had that guy from that Christmas movie I like." I haven't gotten much chance to use 'em yet, but I check the charge on my wrist-thingies just in case. "They main guys, they're burglars, and they sing these songs to keep track of how much time they have left, that sort of thing. One of them is that kiddie song with the girls and a fish." I whistle a few pitch-perfect bars of the music while I finish the check. Everything looks set, I'm good to go.
"Wait, what was I saying? Oh yeah, that movie. Why the hell do I remember that stupid movie?"

"Sounds like a stupid movie. Why not just use synchronize watches? Hell, you can use cheap ones from Walmart. What happens when someone forgets a line, stops singing, needs to be quiet? You want a good heist movie. Man on the Ledge. I really enjoyed that one."

As you continue to watch the compound, a group of figures emerge from the barracks. A pair of Fin guards, flanked by six of the Drones you faced against Abomination at the Raft, head towards the ferry ship. The K'Tharens are both wearing heavy and highly decorative armor, which implies that they are acting as bodyguards for a V'Sori VIP on the premises. They make their way to the ferry and enter, as the drones stand outside keeping guard.
Interesting. Mysterio looks over at Hydroman. "Got an idea. How about you get onboard that ship and after it takes off you cause a 'mechanical failure' and crash it. The base will send guards out of the prison and we can use that to sneak through and get the First Family out."

I crack my neck and knuckles ominously, before shifting back into water form.
"Time to roll, huh?"
"I forget, what was the plan? Should I just hit the gas, crash into as many things as possible? Sounds like something I would do."

"Hope springs eternal! Plus, I can try to get you guys out by tunneling in there if something goes super-wrong."
"Weren't you a secret agent fifty years ago?" I crack.

"Well, underground assault is out of the question." Mysterio says. "Good news, no evil landmines either. So we are still without an entrance."
Emma frowns.
"Admittedly, not the best plan."
