I wake up naturally around 9:30 am. Doesn't matter when I go to bed - I can get 5 hours or 12; that's when I wake up. I feel fine and rested as long as I'm allowed to sleep until 9:30. If I have to wake up earlier than that, I'm a zombie all day.
