Anybody still playing this? Bought one of the new 3DSes recently, first console-thingy I've owned in like 15 years or so, and would dig having some people to throw summons at and a few villagers. My numbers are 0576 - 6937 - 3497
This week’s issue of Jump has revealed another two jobs for Bravely Second: End Layer. The magazine shares information about the Bishop as well as the Fencer.
Bravely Second’s Bishop job specializes in healing magic. The Fencer, on the other hand, centers around defense boosts and boosts to attack speed. It additionally has a stance system that allows players to use certain sword attacks.
I was tempted too, but lack your self control and hit play. Shortly after that, I remembered that I don't speak or read Japanese.
Guess I'll have to wait.
Tiz Arrior is the kind of pun that you actually get at the first try, but it's so unbelievably shitty that your brain farts and then you actually think you didn't get

Then I must have that in overdrive, as I still don't get it, and everyone's potential explanations are all extremely far reaches. I think his name is just a name, and we think it must be a pun because of the company he keeps.

Everything else is puns, dude
And if there's one thing I've learned localizing hundreds of thousands of GLOSSARY TERMS in WoW, is that YOU KEEP THE MF'ING consistency, come hell or high water.
It's like 75% puns and 25% names that are either just names, or have some sort of meaning (not always a meaning that's relevant to the character, mind) if you squint and turn your head.

Truthfully all the names should have been puns. Puns all day, every day. In fact, the characters should have been speaking in puns.

Fall into this trap?
Kid, we're going in head first.
It's awful, yes.
Everyone else was puntastic:
Edea Lee = Ideally
Agnes Oblige = Noblesse Oblige
Ringabel = Ring a bell
Then I must have that in overdrive, as I still don't get it, and everyone's potential explanations are all extremely far reaches. I think his name is just a name, and we think it must be a pun because of the company he keeps.
"Ringabel" is a special case. It's a joke in the fiction.
