So about a week ago, I'm on delivery, and as I'm getting cash/doing transaction at door, a cat goes running in the house, I think nothing of it, happens all the time, but then.
This house full of adults, FREAKS their shit, like 5 year olds, and this poor cat comes flying back outside at head height. I gather from the yelling and tantrums that they have just moved here, and this cat has tried to get into their house since day 1, they figure previous owners abandoned it.
Then main idiot adult, offers me 20$ to bring this poor cat to the overpass and re-abandon it. I took his money.
Then I brought him home instead
Found out he's a boy, is about 1-2 years old, will be getting neutered in a few weeks once gets settled, has gotten vaccines so far. When I am home, he is never more than a foot from me, I have been adopted in return.
When I sit at desk, there's a little footrest built into the desk corner, so this happens
Leaning towards Samurai I think for name ( since deliver Pizza, and he's a cat), also since the Ronin has found a new home.
Also Samurai is really fun to say in a baby voice.

My parents just got back from a holiday in Thailand
It was apparently handmade by the owner, Tiffany Mullins.
As a DIY project the sewing part seems pretty Easy Mode, although finding the right materials (like a fruit print cloth that isn't "the occasional fruit here and there") could be problematic.

Took this one, this morning. Owner came in for breakfast at the same restaurant I was having a meeting at. Sat there perfectly patiently waiting for his owner to finish breakfast, frisbee at the ready.
