Ok, I'm *finally* done with the shitstorm from work, months after it was assigned. Basically it was a giant ass project that I had to do in my spare time on top of what work I had coming to me on a day to day business. So time that I could have spent working on the super project couldn't be done while I was off traveling back and forth around the country.
I've had a lot of stress added to me with this project that I've basically told the office, fuck it, I'm not working weekends. Weekends are my own thing, but if I have to travel the weekends, so be it, just don't expect me to do any paperwork or inspections on those days. Me posting on the forums has been my bit of free time and such.
Anyways, the damn thing is done now. I can come back to hosting this. I appreciate you guys waiting.

(you can lower it as much as you want, provided you spend $2m per level lowered) @hedgethorn do you want to spend money to lower your terror level? (you can lower it only 1 Terror level for $1m)
@justicefopluto I don't think you can trade Ghin Merc cards. The rules say you can only trade money, resources, research points, or MIC.
The advantage of trading a merc card would mean that you could essentially have more Ghin troopers to choose from that what the Cronos research allows for. You choose one of the Clones cards, means that the next person can choose to buy something from the market or just trade with you. (having 4 mercs to choose from)
I am basically just spending $3 out of $12 this turn besides mercs and helping you do the project so if you would not mind leaving me the rogue clones and at least one of the +1 power cards.
