But I was never a fan of Crash mode so I didn't care at all that it was excluded, and the benefits would have outweighed it anyways even if I did, I think
The biggest bummer for me with Burnout Paradise is the PC version didn't seem to have any of the cool DLC like the fake back to the future car and stuff.

I won't go as far as saying I don't like Burnout Paradise, but it's not my favorite Burnout. Specifically because of the "find your own way there" races.

I really really liked Driver: San Fransisco for quite a while, and I played it not long after burnout and thought it was a better game.
But then I finished the story, and decided to mess around in the overworld, and the funnest thing to do was to start police chases but one of the conversations that can trigger when you possess a police car is about how one of the police in there was "born a man" and it just makes a bunch of shitty jokes about it and it really turned me off the whole game.

The clockwork stages and the flying stages are both hot smelly poop
I don't even remember the stages vow is talking about
Yeah as the game goes on it leans more heavily on instant death pit traps, which are not the funnest things ever.
The final tower is really fun and challenging so far, though on the whole I feel the game has been waaaaaaay too easy
They praise Forza and Need for Speed up and down, even though they're the most unwieldy, unfun-to-play racing games I've ever spent time with
I'm playing the demo for The Crew and this game feels right, like damn, I wasn't expecting it to feel this good
I'm actually contemplating dropping the $40 for it on Amazon tonight

I don't know that I would argue it's super realistic
I spin out a lot in GT, Forza and NFS
I don't spin out at all in Burnout and The Crew
But hey, to each his own
I too hate spinouts
40 isn't as much as I thought but I've just bought way too damn much lately, and haven't finished it all either.
Do you have it on PS3
I'm about to go out for the night but I will totally be down for some Paradise at sometime in the future
I really really loved 3 and they changed a whole lot
they were smart changes though, I suppose
I should go back and play more because it still plays wonderfully
But I was never a fan of Crash mode so I didn't care at all that it was excluded, and the benefits would have outweighed it anyways even if I did, I think
No way no way I think you need a new one
Don't like the open world aspect
Burnout 3 is the apex Burnout.
Best Crash mode as well.
