My guiltiest pleasure and the only reality show I watch is Big Brother US. I haven't even really watched much of it this year thus far, just been following along on the website(s) that recap stuff.
I... I like Guy Fieri's original show. Yeah, I can see how people would be unhappy that Food Network has sort of spread him all over everything else that they do. But back when he was just going around to burger joints, having them show him their crazy industrial capacity deep fryers that they use to make their absurd battered cake nuggets or whatever, I enjoyed that a lot. He seems like just a friendly guy who likes to eat, and I enjoyed watching him eat, and maybe imagining that I was also there eating with him.
Oh shit. I'm a step away from self-insert Guy Fieri fanfiction here, aren't I.

Old musicals- Gilbert and Sullivan, Rogers and Hammerstein, Show Boat, The Music Man, anything before 1965.
Nothing to feel guilty about there. Stage theater is legit and those old musicals are like the stage's version of classic sitcoms. Sure prestige dramas are nice and all, but sometimes you gotta sit back and enjoy something light and fun.
Also, to contribute to this thread, I'm going to an Otep concert tomorrow with a coworker and we are both super huge fans and I've been vibrating with excitement all month. In anticipation I haven't listened to any Otep in weeks and have instead been listening to a lot of other nu-metal.
