Pull an Enemy
In this update, we've added the ability for 47 to pull people over balconies or out of windows, when he is hanging on a ledge or below the balcony/window.
Unfortunately, there is a known issue for this move: NPC's that see this move will not blame 47, even if they are looking directly at the NPC or at 47.
For that reason, we will remove this ability with our December Update and fix this. It will then be re-introduced with a game update in January, around the same time as the disc release.
This is the dumbest patch note ever and I love it.
...So we'll have two, maybe three Elusive Contracts where the best silent assassin is going to be to pull them off a balcony in front of witnesses? Awesome.

I just started playing this, so I'm going to try not to abuse this
Considering it won't give you any mastery (because score doesn't matter 99% of the time) it's not really that abusive honestly in terms of reward structures.

BTW if I ask a question like this I also send a link to the post to Vanilla so if you have any feedback or things they should know go ahead and post it.

I too have noticed this Tube, however it seems to be constrained to Twitter-embed videos. Youtube-embed videos will full screen just fine. Moreover, it looks like full screen mode is enabled, however the video is either hidden or otherwise not set to show properly.
How do you detonate a remote explosive you've placed when you still have more in your inventory?
It says right mouse to detonate but that just brings up the throw arc. If I place them all then the detonator comes up automatically, but I just want to set off one of them.

Isn't the detonator a separate thing in your inventory, once you've placed an explosive? I think it was, but it might have been changed in an update since then.

No, it's the same slot as the explosive itself.
If no explosives have been placed, it's RMB to bring up the throw arc (you can also hold ALT to set it on a wall) and then LMB throws it. Once it's been set down the UI shows RMB highlighted with the word "detonate" next to it, but RMB just brings up the throw arc again, and LMB throws another one. It's not until all of the mines you have have been put down that RMB + LMB actually detonates (all of) them.
I'm just wondering if i'm missing some kind of functionality or key combination here.

Pressing LMB by itself detonates remote explosives, you don't need to hold down RMB to do it.
constantly followed by 4 guards, never eats anything, long semi random loop, and some asshole kept hounding me about trying to sell me shit.
Maybe if i had spent more time following her she might have done something different.
Still, managed to get the job done, it was messy, and had more than a bit of luck at the end there, but it was done.
Method:
Smuggled a sniper rifle at the rooftop, ran around until i found the target and went for the sniper rifle.
Climbed to highest roof and headshotted the granny as soon as she was in a good spot.
Climbed down from the roof to lower roof and got spotted (should have gone down stairs instead, maybe wait in a basked until heat died down a bit).
Waited on the rooftop with the smuggling point until the enemies were all at the bazaar side (and shooting at me), climbed down and exited through the market entrance followed by a hail of gunfire.
I started as a soldier, ran out grabbing the wrench in that room, ran outside to the pipe that leads to the headmaster's house, waited for the 2 guards to finish their conversation and wrenched the one that stayed behind, climbed up the pipe and poisoned the target with a lethal syringe literally as her guards were walking up the stairs. The timing is super tight on the assassination. She starts on the headmaster's roof by herself but after a few minutes the guards come and escort her around. You can just barely make it if you rush there from the soldier starting location.

So it does. The tooltip being just black and white made me misread it, but yeah I guess that's what it's trying to say. Thanks
E: I also don't like this elusive target. When the best methods require foreknowledge of where they start that's poor design, since you can't get that knowledge without cheating and looking up how to do it or lucking into it on the one attempt you get.
I shot her in the head from behind a stack of carpets then ran away and escaped. Silent Assassin isn't fun to do on these one-attempt-only things, it's just tedious.
Yeah, I'm gonna go back to never resetting elusive targets once I get that 5 SA suit. It's way more fun to try and work yourself out of whatever fucked up situation you end up in.

Only need 3 more SAs for the suit!
How did you do this?!?!
I did it as fast as physically possible and the guys are already up there with her. You start with a guy staring at you that spots you when you start and have to wait for him to turn away.
*edit* Phew finally got it. Jesus that timing is short.
Only real option for silent assassin is if you know where she is in advance?
Which kinda feels like going against the basic concept of the thing.
Meh...
The cook was fun, more of that, less of this.
There is another way. Her path goes under a sign which you can shoot down.
If you shoot silenced and unseen, it's a Silent Assassin kill.
There are at least 2 roof spots that should be easy enough.

can confirm that this works, though it took a couple tries to get the timing right

They continue to quietly improve the game, because this patch redesigns some UI elements and now 47 can pull guys over ledges
