Yes, he must move. But he has some trick (power cards) which let him stay at his place. Yes, he can not visit a location which is already in his trail.
@Auralynx I've an event only you could play. It's good, but not right now. If and when you want to excange it let me know. @MrBody I plan to move, either to you or to Cologne, so you could use your special power during the night. Let me know witch one you prefear.
I'm not sure moving does much good until we have some sort of lead to go on, like my power next turn or an event turning up something.

We can try to count on events to get us a trail but this version, from what I'm told, has Dracula relying largely on leaving vampires and other Bad Stuff behind to get ahead on the tracker.

So Drac is in one of: Le Havre, Paris, Strasburg. He isn't in Cologne or he would have to announce being adjacent to Helsing.
It's not super important to know where he started, since there is no event there, but good to keep in mind to keep track of his possible escape routes. Drac was most likely trying to get a quick kill on Mina while she was unarmed (one bite does it). I feel a lot better about using my second turn on supplying instead of starting to move.
Wouldn't it be possible for Dracula to back himself into a corner if he moves to a spot and the only adjacent spots have already been visited? What happens then?

It's considered as Dracula's error, and he is punished for that severely.
