Hey guys - The following things have kept me off the board:
1) Being the content lead for the remaking of the government curriculum at my school
2) Having a toddler that is ALL of the 2 right now
3) Buying a house
School year is entering the final third, the kid remains 2, the house has been BOUGHT.

Thanks man. Mortgage is with the underwriters now, but my guy is confident that all will go well - hasn't seen anything that could give pause. Inspections are Wednesday, penciled closing date is 4/10
