I really dont know what this is called. I like to learn all things Japan, so I am curious about this. Take Motoko from Love Hina for example. She usually doesnt wear a bra. Instead she wraps her breasts in a white ribbon like cloth until they are totally covered. I have seen this in several other animes as well. What is it called when they do that? I understand the reasoning behind it, but nothing else.

    Just cross your eyes and uncross them slowly. They will sorta stop when the image comes together in the picture form.

    I see magic eyes as inverted when I cross my eyes instead of relaxing them. So I think that just means you're doing it wrong.
