    depends upon what muscle groups

    don't wanna strain'em tube.

    my friends and i do pecs, lats, and abs on Mondays and Thursdays, and Bicepts, Tricepts, and whatnot on Tuesdays and Fridays, with some cardio or whatnot on Wednesdays.

    Gives the mucles time to recover from being torn/strained from the workout without becoming too sore or too 'healed'

    I did back yesterday, bench rows and widegrip pulldowns. Maybe I could do some close reverse grip pulldowns and some more rows

    Bench rows are awesome, finally a back exercise that I can fucking do.
