    See, that's what I don't get. I actually LIKED Adam Sandler movies, will ferrel movies are maybe one or two laughs and that's it. There were only two scenes in anchorman that got more than a chuckle with me, the rest just seemed pathetic.

    Adam Sandler has made one good movie, to my knowledge, and that movie was Punch Drunk Love. However it is one of my favourite movies so I fully forgive him for his other roles.

    Although that golf movie was fairly funny, to be fair. Of course I was like 14 when I watched it.

    It wasn't funny for me though. I was waiting for a gimmick or something and it never came. It was too hyper-realistic to make me laugh. That's why I can't like napolean dynomite. Hyper-realism makes me feel sorry for the characters versus laughing. My sort of ideal comedies are movies like Airplane, the Naked Gun series, and the first two Scary Movies. Those were making me constantly bust a gut.

    Punch Drunk Love is kinda a romantic comedy and it's much a requirement those are not funny. Otherwise womenfolk would laugh and get distracted from cooking roasts and procreating. Look it up in it's in the Bible.

    Punch Drunk Love was not a romantic comedy any more than Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was a romantic comedy
