I'm an original here. I started with issue 1 and read up until 7 and then I was out of comics for a few months due to financial constraints and just started buying monthly with the Sinestro Corps tie-ins until current. At some point I need to pick up 8-18 either in trade or singles.

Dammit. No Casanova and what the hell happened to Black Summer? I'm guessing the whole thing got pushed back a month.

Blue Beetle is another one of those books that I'd get if I had the money.
I may drop Ghost Rider after this arc, if it doesn't get better with a new writer.

Blue Beetle is better than everything you're picking up this week except for Ultimate Spider-Man

Because Blue Beetle is basically the USM of DC

That's like saying getting a blowjob is better than being stabbed.
I mean Jesus I need to drop NW.
And Kick-Ass looks to be entertaining.

It's not bad, but I confess I was enjoying the mild lunacy of Slott's run more than the actual character herself. David's issues aren't bad at all, but they're not as interesting to me personally, I guess.

Plus, I mean, I gotta save for Cyke's eyeband somehow right?

I did not see Miranda Mercury on any list but my own, and this displeases me. I present this evidence for why you all should correct this transgression: http://forum.newsarama.com/showthread.php?t=148238

This looks awesome. I may have to get this. Actually fuck that I'm definitely getting this. You guys should too. Seriously.

Is Miranda Mercury new? If so, why is it #295?

It's just a gimmick, picking up at a purely theoretical 295th issue. I'd forgotten that it was coming out this week, but I'm definitely picking it up.

So I got this and its good. I made a thread and you guys should all come.

That said, I failed to pick up most of the awesome books that came out this week since I decided to trade wait D: Despite wanting: Cap, Ult Spidey, Daredevil, Batman, Checkmate (last week), and a host of other things, I only ended up with: Miranda Mercury 295 (wanted to support it), Blue Beetle 24 (ditto), and the first Ex Machina trade (meaning to get forever).

I got blood on some of my new comics so top that LOL. I had my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and my roommate picked up my comics for me while I was in surgery. While reading some my Loritab kicked into high gear and I fell asleep. Add in the wonders of being a bit of a free bleeder and you can fill in the rest.
