"Lots of work" really is an understatement

Well now, it's not really HARD per se, if you are like me and generally slack and don't join law review and all that

I had a 3.10 average and that was with a messed up first year (broke up with college boyfriend) and a general bad attitude after that

No, it's just suing the principal for the torts of the agent directly so the principal pays as the agent is probably poor. You just have to prove there was an agency relationship, and an intentional tort.

Oh, no, it isn't hard at all, it's easy and I was on law review. It's just lots and lots of easy work and buckets of stress.

Okay. I thought you just sued in negligence on a theory of res sup.

Also I thought res sup DIDN'T usually cover intentional torts, only negligence/strict liability stuff

I went to take a turn, and typical put my pedals in a balanced position to make it so I can alter my weight for most of my steering, went to turn to the left (the side the pedal came off of) and just lost my balance. Went over the handlebars sideways and (stupidly) reached my hand out. I don't really know how my toes got borked, but I suspect I may have caught the frame on the way over.

Do you have a lot of debt?

Are you trying to get a loan?

Do you have a lot invested in the stock market?

If not you probably won't personally be affected right away. If we don't fix it, there will be long term effects that will reach you (like widespread credit freezes and the fallout from that). Congress is meeting Thurs to hash out a new plan.

No, that would be retarded. Besides, it was already explained that China invented the abacus, paper, clocks, soccer, love, air, and that George Washington cut down a cherry tree in Shandong province that was later used to make Ben Franklin's kite when he invented thunderstorms in Beijing while he crapped out a post office already two thousand years old.

Eh -- it was a 2 point infraction, and deserved. Your other one expires in like three days, and you'll be out of jail. If you're carrying 2 points, don't do something silly. Not that tricky.

Heh, it's not too bad. The nut that connects the pedal to the crankshaft was put on by a previous owner and didn't fit. I thought I had fixed it, but I guess not. A trip to the hardware store to buy the proper nut ought to fix it properly. I noticed the pedal was acting oddly, pulled over to inspect and saw the nut was gone, so I pulled the pedal off and walked the rest of the way home.

My beater is a 1980s ish steal frame road bike that my dad bought used in like 91. It needed work when I got ahold of it, I thought I was pretty close to being finished but I guess I have a bit more work to do.
