30 Rock has been consistently funny, but it gets overlooked quite a bit.
The Mentalist has turned out to be a pretty good show. Also, my wife and I watch True Blood on HBO. It's alright, as a bonus I got to see Anna Paquin's boob last week.
Why would you watch the Mentalist when Psych is right there and is hilarious?
Well, since they are shown on different days I have devised a plan. Some may think it's too extreme but here it is.
I watch both.
I've come up with a better plan.
Realizing that Psych is utterly mediocre and not watching it at all.

I have devised what I consider to be the best possible plan for you.
It involves a knife and killing yourself, because Psych is awesome.

I'll admit that the most recent season hasn't been as good as previous ones; there's only two that really stick out in my mind as spectacular so far (the class reunion and the 70's one) but it's still way better than most of the typical dross on TV today. And the first two seasons are comedy gold.

Yeah. I don't know why they decided to amp up the drama on this season of Psych. Hopefully they'll tone that down on the second half.
I'm actually surprised by this. I thought Heroes had gone from bad to worse, but I assumed that the public still liked it. I have a good friend who describes it as "phenomenal" and loves all the recent plot developments (bug Mohinder and Nikki being a triplet, etc.).
I guess I thought that all the people that liked it during season one still liked it, but I guess that's not the case. Supposedly even NBC hates it now, and they were all about milking for a while.
Edit: Just noticed the article has an affect/effect error, but in the opposite way than usual.
Heroes could have saved a lot of money by doing more scenes with Monica. Her power doesn't require cgi or black leather outfits in a muted future. Throw Micah in there too so he can teach the grown-ups how to act
God I love Miguel. Maybe he was actually nervous but he is fucking smooth. Telling Dexter exactly how he's gonna get to murder the dude who's been on his list forever. I really hope he and Dexter get to be buddies for a while. I'm really enjoying things and I don't want Miguel done away with (in any sense) at the end of the season like Dexter's last two "people who really knew him."
Who's the skinner? The new partner, whatever his name is, seems too obvious. Yuki doing it and gonna try to set up the new guy? Maybe Miguel's killing these people and trying to cover for Dexter. Wouldn't really explain the first skinning though, before he knew Dexter. Seems like Miguel is too busy and cares about "cleaning up" too much to just go out skinning mostly innocent people. Some unknown person wouldn't be any fun so I'm not sure at this point.

I was wondering if they said somthing about rebuilding the banana stand in the "next time" clip? Otherwise wtf.

I was laughing so hard at the
Astronaut: "Trick or treat."
Dean: "This is a motel."
reruns are the bane of my existance

I just wish they had kept the car from the 70's episode. I know Gus has the Prius or whatever but Shawn could've driven it.
Oh man, when they walk into the disco club and Gus's leg had fallen asleep... I couldn't stop laughing.
ASTRONAUT!!!

I cannot use enough expletives to describe my suprise at this.

Haha, I'm from Ohio and I really am like that.
I just ignore all my emotional pain. Didn't realize it was a thing.
