Like we reported in September, NIS America will publish Prinny and it’s getting an equally awesome name here. In North America the game will be known as Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero? and it’s scheduled to come out on February 17, around three months after the Japanese release which comes out later this month. Unlike NIS America’s other games, Prinny is a side scrolling action game where you control a single Prinny, but have 1,000 extra Prinnies (read: lives) in your reserve. If that isn’t challenging enough Prinny has Hell Mode where every hit means instant death. In normal mode each Prinny has three life points. I think I’ll stick with normal mode for my first playthrough since NIS America describes Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero? as “tough-as-nails�. I can’t wait for the challenge and spider crab tanks.

Yes, the game is as advertised: tough as nails. The mechanics are limited, but if you learn how to exploit them, you'll be rewarded properly.
Also, there's one hilarious(and nigh full voice acted) plot to go with it.

Anybody who wants this but doesn't have a PSP: Used ones are quite abundant and relatively cheap ($80 or less for a PSP Fat), and it's not hard to find them in good condition. If a new one is too expensive, that's not a bad option.
