yeah totally I mean we aren't actively laughing at the tragic loss of a man's son
it's practically party of fucking five in here
I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not
but I'm just thinking about the Chris Benoit and Heath Ledger threads
People are more likely to see celebrities as fair game than to see the family of said celebrity as fair game. If this thread was "John Travolta hits head on bathtub, dies" it would look very different. That and the fact that the "olol I am so tasteless" humour is beyond old at this point and only really slow people are still doing it.

OK, one of them died because he was a mental, the other because he was an idiot, it's easy to laugh at them. This kid just randomly fell, there's no humour in that, only horrible horrible reality.

If John Travolta diesd suddenly, people would be cracking jokes all over the place on account of he is kind of a nutty Scientologist.
If I recall correctly there had been a thing about his Son having some issues and the Travolta family refusing to acknowledge it. I think it was on some Gossip Column or what not, but it had something to do with the seizures and how the family didn't get help for it.
It was awhile ago, but that's the first thing I thought of.
How the fuck did a 16 year old kid hit his head on the bathtub?
I hit mine on the toilet once, but that was because that water was HOT, man!
It's a thing that happens.
A guy I know fell and hit his head in the shower, and probably would have died if some one else hadn't been there to rush him to the hospital. He lost a lot of blood.

Could that have anything to do with Scientology's take on modern medicine?

I really did slip and bang my chin on the toilet.
If anything I know better than anybody the dangers of showering.

so this is scientology's fault
of course
I've been trying to highlight their anti-bathmat agenda for some time.

I'm all for mocking scientology, but lets not jump to any conclusions just yet. They lost their kid. No need to blame them without some sort of evidence other than having kooky religious beliefs.
I'm just saying, refusing to acknowledge something as potentially dangerous as something seizure-inducing is pretty fucked up, and Scientologists have certain beliefs about mental issues.
I didn't mean it Scientologists please don't hurt me.
Edit: of course, this is all based on conclusions drawn from the memories of a guy on the internet about a thing he read once.

oh god
can we not do this, please
this is not the appropriate circumstance
Man, if you can't see the link between somebody dying by slipping and hitting a bathtub and Scientology, then you aren't looking hard enough.

Oh you'd like that, wouldn't you?
Heh, my old alt was "Heath Ledger" the day after the OD. The mods did NOT smile upon that.

later
And while on vacation
How tall are you?

That's my prediction, anyway.
And really so far I've only seen two.

hahahahahaha
now that's comedy
It would be an OK way to go if you were 80 and out of your box, but at 16 almost any way to go is terrible.
It's not like it wasn't obvious, but you know, why put off the inevitable.
like, they're really and truly their own person and still have limitless potential at that point

The only downer so far has been the number of stabbings and dead teenager stories advertised at the newstand little kiosk deallies.
Seriously, every single one I have seen so far is about somebody getting stabbed or dying from getting stabbed, it's depressing as hell.
Could that have anything to do with Scientology's take on modern medicine?

Buy a track suit
If you want to deal with stabbings in england then legalize guns
so this is scientology's fault
