Last week, I just watched Reservoir Dogs for the first time. The movie starts off with Mr. Orange gutshot in the back of a car, screaming his head off and weeping out of fear of dying. There was blood everywhere and he was panicked, possibly entering a state of shock.
And then we have Sayid shot in the stomach tonight and he's cool as a cucumber. If anyone has any stills of his expressions, he looks more like he's baked from pot than slowly dying.
I am going to say that yes, Jacob wanted to die. He didn't look particularly happy.
I'd wager he knew that Locke was the guy who was on the island with him. He knew by zapping Locke back to life (looked like it anyway), he signed his own death wish.
This explains why Locke sees all kinds of shit happening on the island. This is also weird because of Christian. Locke did pretty much the same thing as Christian, and Christian was 'alive' and all. Time to find the variables.
My theory: Christian has been on the island before. He was on the Black Rock.
Considering that Juliet just slapped the core of a hydrogen bomb with a rock, I think it's possible.
It would give reason why we've seen Smokey off the island, or ancient Jacob's buddy/Locke was turned into Smokey, and is now why Locke was paradox'd the fuck out.
edit:
the important people in Locke's life were killed by people he manipulated into doing it for him.

I don't even understand what you're getting at with burnt jacob. what does that mean?
Hold on, how did the Losties beat the construction crew/security goons (armed with rifles) with their peashooters? Juliet should have gotten shot from five different angles as soon as she hopped out of the van but NO! she kills a guy from 50 yards while ducking for cover.

I thought that the cabin housed the "Evil" in one episode you see the ring around the cabin broke(we see christian in the cabin alot, or its alluded to). I dont know if we find out who broke it, or when it broke, but I thought clone-locke and christian and vision-daughter were all the same entity, driving people at his goal of leading ben to kill Jacob.

Have you never seen movies or television shows before or something

Not saying Lost's portrayal was realistic, but Reservoir Dogs is the last place you should be comparing for an accurate portrayal of being shot in the stomach.

I'm still waiting for someone to post some captured stills of our drowsy Sayid.
So when Jacob meets Sayid (when Nadia gets hit by the car), this is after the Oceanic 6 have left the island already, correct? Jacob seems to be doing just fine then, even though this is later than when he was in the cabin, asking Locke for help... sorry, I'm just trying to piece all this Jacob stuff out, but what exactly was he asking Locke for help regarding?
Posts
I gathered that. Who the fuck is that?
I say we call him Adams in memory of the actors deadwood character.
Sounded latin?
Hi. You are watching lost. There are no answers. till 2010. maybe.
I guessed there was a good vs evil thing going on. Jacob and "johnny blackshirt" fit that equasion somehow. I think anyway...
My Latin's kinda rusty, but it looks like "That which we all must serve."
FTFY
Yes it does.
Google fu on latin translators gives me a bunch of garbage but "serves" and "he" are in there.
Never mind im getting conflicting translators
Google pulled this from another board

Locke was the best character

Jacob aint dead. He's mothatrukin MAJICK.*
Wizards don't die, THEY GET EVEN.
*Ye Olde SpellingE
Smokey is burnt Jacob?
edit:
'ye olde spelling' would be 'magick'.
My friends cat is named Smokey.
It's also the name of a ham.
Sent backwards in time?
That doesnt work does it?
I stand corrected.
Was this a gift or punishment? (for possible trying to pillage their bases)

She should try attacking it with her cleavage.
That would mean that the 'adams' evil johnny blackshirt is not smokey?
And that smokey spared ben to allow ben to kill himself? I dunno man
Smokey..
BURNT.
Lol.
I don't get it either, why would it plan to kill itself when it can't die?
I was slow, at first I thought it said "DK"...
The I remember that somone (Locke or Sawyer) made a joke once about getting the highscore at donkey kong at the hatch computer..
Then I facepalmed myself.
Jacob was tossed in a fire after stabbing by zomb locke enraged ben.
What a fucking asshole.
Yeah... we lost Locke and Juliet tonight maybe.
Heres hoping juliet gets taken where the rest of them do.

We also lost Sayid.
I don't know how I felt about this finale. I can't help but think it was the worst of the bunch.
I'm still waiting for someone to post some captured stills of our drowsy Sayid.
I'm pretty sure you're crazy
