USPS' back end for tracking info is all kinds of fucked up. Even with concurrent tracking info. I had one package update all the way to its destination while the other kept whining about the site's tracking info being down.
Really, it's no surprise to me seeing how they're bleeding money.
USPS' package status stuff is always messed up and inaccurate since it isn't tracking. Nothing but Express Mail is supposed to give tracking, and even Express Mail isn't updated in realtime.
What, do you think that "Delivery Confirmation" somehow means tracking? Did the concept "confirmation of delivery" confuse you to make you think it means tracking?
the last paragraph isn't necessarily directed at you, but at the people saying "but I got Delivery Confirmation for it! Why can't I track it???????????/////////////"

It's funny you mention that since USPS does have a separate label for certifying mail delivery. I believe all it really does is generate a receipt after delivery.
As for Express Mail only having tracking, the funny thing is that it uses the same busted system.

Well I get there and have to wait in line for a couple of minutes like 20 (well worth it in the long run). Well they pull out the package and the guy immediately asks if I know the guy that sent the package. I answer no in which he immediately calls what I assume is a post office code red and opens the package like pulls a box cutter from out of nowhere and begins throwing stuff everywhere as I try to make him stop. Apparently he thought the package was a bomb or something since I didn't know the sender. His freakout was hilarious and the subsequent explaination which left him perplexed was AWESOME. Silly small town post ment stop opening my boxes. All I can say is if there were more umm "interesting" material in there I;m not sure I could've held it together in there as I laughed my ass off at there shock.
I am sorry, I have had my gifts for a few days but just have been mad busy and didn't have time to post about it. So without further delay.

This is the second year in a row that I have gotten sweets from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and I am NOT complaining. These things are called "Buckeyes" I think, but whatever they are they are yummy.
Also in there was a Wii game, and my cat has the same look on her face as I did when I opened it!
My wife and I are really happy with the game. We have only played the first level, like I said it has been mad busy, but it was a blast! Can't wait to play through the whole thing!
And finally, it arrived earlier but I wanted to do this all at once, my wife is modeling the awesome hoodie I got.
Gift sent today, happy it's on its merry way. Was very pleased with what I managed to fit in the box.
