I think we're left with Kime, Delp, Eddie and Cow King.
Hehehe, ding ding ding! Maybe!
Rawrrrrr!
Also, I should never have been revived the first day. Someone in my group should have mentioned that I had 200 HP to start with, so was almost guaranteed to be a zombie . (180% chance or so?)

True, but that was not the best risk to take... I suppose I did pay for my rez, but priority should have been given to people that at least had a slim chance of RNG-ing to not be a zombie.
I think that everyone who wasn't hit be a special or samurai had a 100% chance of zombieage kime. The fact that you had more health didn't really mean much.
I think that everyone who wasn't hit be a special or samurai had a 100% chance of zombieage kime. The fact that you had more health didn't really mean much.
Actually, there weren't many special zombies the first night, were there? So never mind...
One survivor went down immediately, as a Smoker wrapped its disgusting tongue around him. The survivor had no one to help him, and died alone.
The four who had no intention of taking the helicopter took up defensive positions, providing covering fire. Their sniper rifles would almost certainly prove helpful.
The others charged, and the infected charged in turn. One pipebomb took care of a small horde, and a second took care of another. When more infected began to descend, a few casual shots from a grenade launcher sent them flying. The survivors had made quick work of the normal zombies surrounding the helipad, although the sound of screaming in the distance meant that more might be approaching.
A charger nearly slammed into another of the survivors, but he side-stepped just as the creature's malformed arm was about to grab his skull. The beast careened off harmlessly into the distance.
Best to hurry, then. The tanks turned, and immediately threw rocks at the poor survivors. Some were struck, and fell; the others ran, guns blazing.
The tanks screamed, and flailed their fists in anger. More fell, although one survivor dodged yet again. Explosions rocked the flesh of the tanks, tearing gaping wounds in their gargantuan frames. Yet still they continued.
A combination of bullets and grenades caused the first tank to fall, and the collapsing beast crushed one survivor who was not quite fast enough to move out of the way. Trapped under the thing's corpse, he still continued to fire at the others.
Indeed, even as the survivors were being sent flying by the unstoppable behemoths, even as their lifeblood was flooding onto the floor beneath them, not one of them stopped firing their weapons. Through sheer force of will, they were grimly determined to make sure that anyone - some one - left this encounter alive.
As the screams intensified, a turning point came. Two of the giants had already been defeated, and then the two that were still standing both missed with their swipes. Capitalising on this, the survivors who hadn't passed out focused their fire. The skull of one tank exploded in a shower of bone and pus, and the survivor who had made the shot screamed in victory.
- only for the remaining tank to bring its fist down upon his spine, crippling him.
The helicopter above began to close in, the speakers carrying a warning -
"There's - there's a fucking thousand of these things coming, you'd better hurry up! Stop fucking around and make some room so I can land!"
And the screams of the infected did indeed sound like a small army. The fight was becoming desperate; there was no way the survivors would be able to fend off that many infected.
The final tank roared, smashing the ground and the fallen. Bullets slammed into its flesh, blood dripped onto the helipad, rain began to fall from the sky.
The noise was deafening as more and more grenades slammed into the creature, but fatique and blood less had begun to set in; several of the survivors who were downed were now unconscious completely, and even those standing didn't look like they were going to last long.
And then the final blow was struck.
The tank had rushed forward, and grabbed hold of its victim. Slamming him into the ground, the man was instantly killed - and the death spasm apparently forced his finger to pull the trigger of his combat rifle, which sent a bullet straight into the cranium of the tank.
The thing looked dazed for a moment. It swayed forwards, and then backwards.
And then it fell.
A moment of silence, the scream of the approaching horde quiet in the distance. The air began to settle, as the gunpower and smoke from explosions cleared.
A single, solitary survivor was still standing. Using his empty grenade launcher as a crutch, he hopped to the now-landing helicopter.
"Where's everyone else?", the pilot screamed.
The survivor's glare was all the answer he needed. Climbing inside, the pilot managed to clear the ground just in time to avoid the arrival of the army of infected.
As the helicopter gained altitude, the sun began to shine.
The survivor was safe... for now.

if only someone had posted in the thread 'kime isn't immune' on day 2 and then watch him get helped up while the person who told you is left to die...
=I picture myself as the one who was dodging all over the place... =
That's probably because you were!
Hope you all enjoyed the game, guys. I had a fairly hard time of rejigging difficulty after the first night without making it too easy for the survivors, but I hope things worked out well in the end.
Also, this featured a ridiculous amount of number crunching. Never doing that again, or at least writing a program to do it for me.

It was very entertaining to watch after my death, more than usual. One suggestion, though: if you're already infected (like I was), I think it would be a good balancer to make the zombies not attack you the following day, when you turn (like I was). It was pretty lame to turn and get incapacitated on the same night, with no real way to get out of it.
