don't airplanes take off with their wings and not their wheels
Well, they use either propellers or turbines. If a treadmill is going in the opposite direction, then the wheels will just spin faster to keep up with the rest of the plane.

right but won't it eventually get enough lift to get off the treadmill
i don't see how the wheels are having a major effect on this

You guys are so bad at this
Engine blocks for cars are actually cast in sand
They build a machine to shape the sand then inject it with a resin to solidify it in that shape, then they place the sand into the final mold, inject the metal, then shake it really really hard so all the sand falls out.
The reason a Lamborghini engine costs 20 time + than that of an economy car even though the metals only cost 3x as much is because they then meticulously smooth out the inside which still has the rough texture of sand
The Nazi rise to power was the culmination of a series of bizarre political incidents in Germany. Among them, Communists and Fascists working together during strikes, poverty and resentment among university students, pervasive military culture after world war 1, Prussic land owning nobility trying to conserve the old ways and the president's habit of disassembling the parliament whenever they didn't vote the way he wanted them to.

The question is, if a plane requires movement to generate lift (and it does) would a conveyor prevent a plane from being able to move forward and thus prevent flight? The answer is no because regardless of the conveyor's speed it doesn't take that much engine power for a plane to overcome the friction of the conveyor as the friction and the frictional force are not a function of the conveyor's speed.
So yes it does take off with it's wings but what people question (and don't understand) is how the wings are able to generate lift and the true effect a conveyor would actually have on the wheels.

The real question is how can we exploit this as a weapon to kill brown people for natural resources?

BUT SCRAPE AWAY THE SURFACE RUST, THE METAL UNDER THAT WILL THEN RUST
SO IF YOU LEAVE IT ALONE
IT LASTS FOREVER
Their purpose is so I don't have to spend 45 minutes with a pair of scissors rethreading the laces on my shoes when I have a date....
