It took me pretty much the whole summer. It was really awesome when I was fifteen. I bet it's pretty crap now though.
Still pretty good. The parts with the kids are the best parts though.
I recently read Hell House. That as pretty creepy.
The only Stephen King Ive read is the Dark Tower series and I liked that, would I like anythin else he's done? Ive heard that series was pretty different from his other stuff.

I'd suggest the things that have ties to the Dark Tower first, and then that will allow you to ease into his other stuff. It, The Talisman and Blackhouse, the Stand, Eyes of the Dragon (This is fantasy and it really is a different from anything else he's done) these all have connections with the Dark Tower.

Ok so I'm gonna go off topic by telling an actual scary story.
Now this one is true, happened maybe 10-15 years back in the city I live in.
This girl goes to a party, gets her drink on, meets a dude, also got his drink on, standard party procedure she gives him a blowjob. Now in the coming weeks she starts to notice coldsore like spots developing around her mouth. She takes her problem to the docter and he inspects her. He tells her, and I don't know what the medical terminology for what he finds on her is called, but this bacteria he finds only appears on dead people. He asks her who she had come in contact with recently, and her answer was only this one guy that she gave head to. And that guy worked in the hospital morgue.

And he turned to the other scout in his bunk and said "Hey, I gotta go drain the weas."
And the other kid said nothing.
And he's all "Yo, let me out, I gotta go water the hedgehogs."
And the other kid said nothing.
And then the scout master came in and buttfucked both of them to death.
