    I'm starting to realise that a lot of the things that suck in my life

    that I like to blame on a shitty situation or bad luck

    are almost always directly caused by me being lazy and having no willpower.

    VisionOfClarity and I did a weightlifting circuit training thing called Body Pump yesterday while I was visiting, and there were a lot of squats and deadlifts

    On the plus side, all those squats will be bitchin if you ever come here and we go hiking!

    I have gotten so much awesomer at hiking due to squats and static lunges

    At least I am pretty sure that's why I'm awesomer at it now

    I always realize two things:

    When I look in the mirror I see that I don't look as attractive as I think I am.

    And I also realize that I am younger than what I feel like and am thereby not eligible as a partner for a ton of women my age.

    Most of my personal realizations aren't startling anymore.

    Except maybe that I wasted three years to learn stuff I either already knew or that I can't actually use because I only got to learn small parts of something bigger.

    No, I don't know. I just looked really, really young my whole life, and my face never really got much older, and all of a sudden it caught up really quickly. I'm still young-looking for my age, but I aged like two years in six months.

    I'm in the same boat. Any of the travelling I've done in the past three years have been pretty well working holidays, since it's been to CES and E3. Basically not much of a vacation at all when you take into consideration the amount of work required to cover those events. PAX is going to be my first real don't-have-to-do-shit vacation in...well...ever.

    It's actually going to be weird, since I'm not someone that can sit still. I do sit still a lot, but it bugs me.
