Cops doesn't need permission to broadcast its footage, does it?
I know nothing about the matter, but it seems that the footage would be public domain or something.
I believe you need to get eveyones permission if you want to show their face on TV, even the "Jackass" guys have to get their victims to sign a waiver or they have to blur out the face.
Add to that that the "Cops" guys might be facing libel or slander lawsuits (whichever appliers to TV) if the guy turns out to be innocent.

Neither of you will be disappointed if you do. Well, that's only if you like dark, bitter beers. Try Killians for something a bit different, it gives it a chocolate flavor almost. Blue Moon for something much lighter, Peroni for something light and crisp, good for summer.
