There was an episode of Star Trek: TNG that was basically like Groundhog Day where the Enterprise would blow up but then return to a point in the past before it blew up.
Really? I thought that wasn't notable or... something
They must have changed their tune from a while back

Even if individual episodes were notable all of the articles about individual episodes contain mostly original research (even if that research is limited to watching an episode on DVD) and should therefore be removed or rewritten. I assume fighting back fancruft is a fight most editors have given up on.

this is like that teaser where the Enterprise blew up
you have my [strike]attention[/strike] part 2 of 5.
Oh, I thought it was lazy |3337, but I swear I saw the enterprise get destroyed in a lot of teasers, like the season finale when I saw 3 get destroyed.
Then there was Voyager and the defiant get destroyed in edition to another galaxy class ship.
One of my coworkers who is a programmer, like myself, and I were talking about the good ol' days of 1200 baud modems. Then he dropped a bomb that stopped all conversation at the lunch table. He had never seen a full episode of any Star Trek series, ever. I revoked his nerd badge on the spot.
I relate all this to say that even though I've seen all TNG episodes dozens of times, I didn't catch the exploding Enterprise and 3's reference here. But then I meet people who barely know what an Enterprise is and I realize not getting that joke isn't a terrible thing.
If I had PS skills, I'd put Mr. Chronoballast on the bridge of the Enterprise D right as its being blown up again. Followed by a shot of him showing up at the end of Wrath of Khan as Enterprise A is going down.

8BT triggers all sorts of nostalgic pleasure centers in my brain.
I like this trend of subtle Bono Trask edits that's going.
You like it because it relies on that all important core of a joke, timing.

I'm not really sure what time I'm trying to imply here. I just wanted him to warp into a butt, so whatever time it is, there's a (big) butt.

I don't know either

Yikes, a wikipedia article for every TNG episode.
