Picked up one of these with Rayman on friday after hearing all sorts of good things about the game.
What a charming platformer that thing is. The 3D complements it perfectly too; it drew me in so much I often ended up jumping back a bit when things floating around in the scenery seemed to jump right at me.
Best purchase I've made in recent memory. Going to have to pick up Street Fighter soon too.
But I plan on getting MGS3 and possibly Zelda since I never beat Ocarina of Time. Also possibly the new Resident Evil game that is not mercenaries and only if it turns out to be good.
I feel like I should get a 3D game to show people "hey look at 3D" but I don't feel particularly drawn to any launch game. I mean I have pokemon to hold me over but I'd like to utilize the 3D a bit more quickly than just waiting until the summer for zelda or something else.
The cards that come with the 3DS are definitely cool enough for "hey look at that 3D"

I wish, I really don't think it will happen though, there would be like 4 monsters
But I want something like that that I can play with a friend where we put a card on a table and can play hockey on it or something I dunno...
Dear satan I wish for this or maybe some of this....oh and I'm a medium or a large.
I picked up Street Fighter IV, it looks super nice
the framerate is better when you turn the 3D off though
which is fine with me, though the effect is neat it's a bit disorienting
but that could be because it's 2 in the morning!
Haven't played a single one yet, the AR cards are just too amazing.
Edit:
Played Pilot Wings until my battery died (fresh out of the box, I was too impatient to actually charge it, shh, don't tell the manual)
Pilot Wings is awesome.
the thumbstick is extremely comfortable
I really want to buy it now.
FC is 0645-5757-1012 everyone add me so we can be buds
FFBE: 838,975,107
Dokkan: 1668363315
I regret nothing.
I can set up the controls pretty easily for optimum t. hawk
fools will cower in the wake of my condor dive

Guess I can get a 3DS now so that should cheer me up, right?
Coran Attack!
FABULOUS
Coran Attack!
I bought one while you were down
unless that would immediately turn this into a megathread
in other news I am baffled re: street fighter
I look forward to hours of having to memorize combos.
unless you face my t. hawk, then you're boned

Also Ridge racer is always good
my code is 3780 9030 1642
e: adding you too, Reigner
whether that's "good" is a matter of some debate
Oh.
Ridge Racer is my second favorite racing game. I got hella nostalgia for that Ridge Racer 64.
Burnout is my actual favorite.
Also Bust a move is sorely lacking in features, but it is bust-a-move. Which also has the nostalgia whatsits going for it. Also it was $10 cheaper.
Want more games though.
lemme know if you wanna die horribly in street fighter
Probably picking up Street fighter in the morning.
It is good, right?
it's like that
except there's no stick
turn off 3d though, the framerate is noticably better
is there a thing like this
When I bought this (at like 9:30 PM) the guy grabbing it for me said they only moved 5 of them today.
He also explained in detail how pissed he was that he ordered it from amazon and wouldn't be getting it for two more days.
Understandable, though. Figured they'd sell these things a lot faster.
All fairly similar, all pretty good for beginners
Trying to do 360s on that tiny pad is killing me
Slowwwwly getting better at it, though.
I've only played an SF game like, once before today.
It seems like the stick would help things out a bit on the 3ds
