I would love to participate in this if you'd still allow it. My goals are to grow as an artist, I have a story I want to tell and I want my art to reach a level that I can tell that story and have people enjoy it. I want to increase the artistic styles I have available to me, as such I want to practice real life drawings, Penny Arcade Style Drawings, Bill Watterson Style (ie Calvin and Hobbes Style Drawings) and Beserk (ie gritty manga style)
I can be impatient and lazy to get to that perfection of practiced skill, so I want to make myself draw every day!
If doodling circles and shading them before lectures counts as drawing (and I hope it does), then I'm being good at the resolution .
I think I'm getting better at gradient shading and drawing skulls, it is so fun. So just posting to let yall know I'm being good so far this semester .
Man, I have to say I admire your dedication to learning those hands man. I will be undertaking a similar journey for noses...my current arch nemesis. But hands and feet are on the horizon!

Thank you! To be honest I dragged my feet on sitting down and focusing on hands. I dreaded the idea of it, but once I actually got started I got to really enjoy it.
I feel great! This has been a crazy productive week, I've gotten a lot done. Unfortunately for this thread what I got done was not drawing related. Still I made sure that I drew (that doesn't sound right, what is the past tense of draw? drawed?) everyday, even if it was just a doodle late at night. Haven't missed a day yet!
I am afraid I will have to bow out early. I will continue to draw everyday, but unfortunatly I will not have reliable access to the Internet for the forseeable future.
I will visit when I get the chance (say if I'm at a coffee house or a friend's place with Internet).

Well here I go again. I'm intending to actually stick with it this time.
I need to brush up on digital painting and color use, as well as stay current with anatomy in general, but I'll be posting whatever I draw, regardless of whether it's a painting or not.
Edit: SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY
No colors yet, did these in my sketchbook while out.

Work had worn me out these three days, but I forced myself to draw at least one hand each day.

Been working on shading objects and drawing parts on the human face.

Get to it! Draw erry day.
Sometimes the hands look like hands if you half-close your eyes now!

This weeks work:
This is all my drawings and doodles for the week. XD normally I break all the imgs up with individual pics but running short on time
I bought a new suit and it inspired this doodle.
Been learning to use my new tablet. Feel like I'm drawing like a 1st grader now XD
Here are my late images, I'll be on time this saturday
Some pretty simple stuff in these, but I also have branched out into 3d land again, as well as redoing my website!
I will visit when I get the chance (say if I'm at a coffee house or a friend's place with Internet).
Keep calm and carry on.
Muddy - Just keep drawing! That's all that matters.
