i dunno that he's 'suing' kanye. he's threatened it, but somehow i doubt that papers will ever be served. i'd imagine this will be worked out another way.
i am pretty legitimately torn up over this. beastie boys were the group that got me into rap lo those many years ago in the 90s. i know he's been dealing with cancer for a while, but honestly it never occurred to me that he might die. too young.
