Little more than an hour and a half before Day 1 starts. I'm missing more than a few location PMs. If I do not have one before the Day ends, you are starting in a random zone.
Will the space invader nazis (this is the npcs) remain stagnant for tonight or do they have a movement as well?
Any Space Nazi that is hovering outside a zone will use their movement to go inside that zone. This applies tonight as well, so Day 1 will start off with Nazis along the top row.

Day 1 - Flanking maneuver
The fleet took up their established positions. Some captains were a bit lax in their maneuvering, but the time for setting formations was over. The enemy had engaged, and Earth's forces were surprised to see a smaller fleet maneuver around to their backside. The ragtag fleet now had to hold the line, and hope that all the systems held together with little more than Scotch tape and prayer...

I seem to remember telling Zombie Hero I would vote for him. And that's also for hiding out in sector 1. I've got my eye on all you wusses wussing out in sectors 1-3!

To anyone who started in 4-6: surprise!
"Don't worry gang, Ol' Egos is here to help!"
well the people in ZONE 6 at least, the rest of you are screwed. You don't have Magic Egos and his space jets helping you out of a jam,

We're simply applying the basic tactic of "shoot them from where they can't shoot you"
People in the top row are going to get shot at before they get to do anything, per order of operations. Which is more advantageous to the mafia: attacking same target(s) as NPC or shooting those in the back?
I guess I will start with zone 5, which covers the entire top row. This is under the possibly faulty assumption that npcs don't hit nazis.
That's right, Fabulous. They look like they will crumple like Space Ghost's self-confidence when he takes his girdle off, but eh. Who knows.
In other news, here was my reasoning for being on the front lines: it's where the REAL space warriors go. I also expected a flanking maneuver, because it's what I would do if I planned to attack your puny world. Of course, I thought the flanking attack would be bigger, but that just goes to show how poor you humans are with strategiology. So anyway, I take my lumps like a MAN(tis), blow these chumps in my sector to the Stone Age, then turn around and save you weaklings in the back row.
"Hey, why are you attacking the Nazis instead of going after the sleeper agents?"
Good question, human. Here's your answer: because, left unchecked, the Nazis are going to overwhelm us and blow us out of the sky. My scanners can't pick up your feeble human brainwaves well enough to sense the presence of traitorous thoughts, so I'll leave that to someone else. I suggest, at least for today, you apes let reason prevail over panic and blast the zeppelins and saucers. We just might learn something about how tough the enemy ships are in the process. Use the "intelligence" gathered today, if any, to hunt down suspected traitors tomorrow.
Sometimes I have ideas for things.

Also I am SHOCKED in a phalla by this host that there are hidden rules that would make the ships not act the way he said. Shocked!

I got the impression they will start moving tomorrow since it says during the "next night" but wanted to double check
