    Note to anyone on the iOS 7 Beta:

    DO NOT RUN A BACKUP IF YOU PLAN ON DOWNGRADING

    Unlike the 6 beta, backups made with iOS 7 will not downgrade. If you do make a backup, just be sure to keep your old backups too.

    I liked the first few seasons of Dexter, but like all long lived shows it got worse as time went on. I'm hoping that finishing up means that they can focus on improving quality for the last season.

    I stopped watching dexter after the John Lithgow season (plus a handful of later episodes).

    I have all my Notes in OS X, but and I did have them in iOS 7 for a while, until it decided to delete all of them but one. Thankfully, the mass deletion didn't sync. Beta problems!

    That reminds me! I made a fan trailer for season 4. Now is as good a time as any to share, no? :D

    I just lost everything on my phone from the past 6 months, when I made my last time machine backup. It's p butts.

    I figured out that inside the backup folder is basically just a list of every single file from the phone, with names, so I wrote a script to identify pictures and movies, so I didn't lose any of that, which is neat.

    What the hell happened with season 4?!? It started off strong and then BAM! that guy from Third Rock from the Sun is beating his wife. The transition from careful pro to sloppy, abusive family man made no sense. No sense!

    Yes it did! From the outside, they were this idyllic little family, which led Dexter to try to get close to Trinity so he could figure out how he managed to be such a successful serial killer while keeping his family happy and completely removed from it. Turns out, lol no, his family lives in fear of him, and Dexter is left to figure out for himself whether he can "have it all," managing his Dark Passenger and keeping his family happy and safe. And we all know how that turned out.
