I've only been burned by one Kickstarter, which, compared to some, should have been a fucking slam dunk.
It was a dingus to plug into your phone's headphone jack to completely mute it, by tricking the phone into thinking headphones were plugged in in case an errant alert or alarm kicked off.
Dude basically sent out one last email effectively throwing up his hands at the difficulty of sourcing and sampling parts from China and said "Maybe someday people will get their dinguses, maybe not?"
The rest have been solid.
In fact, I'm cooking dinner with the Anova One sous-vide dingus right now!

There were only a 100 books left when Max took over. I did not know that 100 people also answered the survey he put out (at least according to him), but I am doubtful that was actually all the people who didn't get a book.

Homestuck, Sunless Sea and Wraith: The Oblivion 20th Anniversary Delux Edition. Wraith is by a publishing company that put out the previous White Wolf 20E books so I'm confident they'll deliver. Sunless Sea has been updating regulary and releasing updates to the game at a steady pace, and it should be finished later this year. Homestuck delivered all tge promised rewards but has been silent on the actual final product - but it's Homestuck, so *shrug*.
